James Fox
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, James is responsible for the North Wells Capital investment strategy, fund-raising and financial operations. Being a leader in commercial real estate for over 20 years, James most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Home Partners of America (2013-2015) and Chief Financial Officer of Pearlmark Real Estate Partners (1998-2013).
James, a Certified Public Accountant, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Parkside and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Tony Lindsay
Principal, Asset Management
Tony Lindsay has been involved in real estate for more than 20 years working with investors, landlords, and clients in a wide variety of industries and property types. As Principal of Asset Management, Tony is responsible for creating and executing the business plans for North Wells Capital's and Urban Innovations' real estate investments. Prior to joining NWC, Tony acted as Vice President of Construction for Urban Innovations (2003-2017). His range of experience provides NWC with extensive knowledge to maximize a property's value for investment.
Tony is a graduate of Purdue University’s Construction Management program within the School of Technology.
Anthony Farella
Principal, Investments
As Principal, Investments at North Wells Capital, Anthony assists in the company’s investment and development activities, including sourcing, underwriting, capital markets, and execution. Prior to joining the company, he advised commercial real estate clients within the management consulting team at FPL Advisory Group (2011-2015).
Anthony earned Bachelors of Science degrees in both Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Zach Fox
Director, Asset Management
Zach is responsible for the formulation and execution of North Wells Capital’s strategic business plan with regard to its portfolio of owned assets. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate, Zach has been responsible for over $1 billion in real estate transactions on both the principal and brokerage sides. Prior to joining North Wells, Zach was a Vice President with Mesirow Financial’s Sale-Leaseback Capital team and co-head of Transwestern Commercial Service’s Suburban Agency Leasing Team.
Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePaul University in Chicago and is an active board member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C.
