North Wells seeks value-add opportunities in both Chicago and Milwaukee. Our team brings a breadth of experience in value-add execution, including lease-up, renovation, expansion, physical improvement, space activation, and re-positioning.



We exploit opportunities for the major redevelopment of distressed properties that may have been overlooked or under-managed, including adaptive re-use, re-positioning, gut-rehab, and full vacancy. We believe basis is as important to a successful opportunistic investment as the overall vision, and remain mindful of this while accelerating a property toward its true potential.
